We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pot Washer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our establishment. This position is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and staff. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, including food preparation areas.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen areas to ensure high hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are properly stored after use. Support restaurant operations by keeping service areas tidy and well-organised. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role within a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is not essential. Familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous but not essential. Experience in hospitality settings is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of guest expectations regarding cleanliness but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are essential skills for this role. A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is required.
