Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pot washer to join our team at Craft Renaissance in Usk, np15 1ju. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. This position requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service.

Start Date- 6th November

Shift- Thursdays, 8:30am till approximately 4:00-4:30. Depending on business levels

Wage- Based on previous experiences

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including kitchens and dining spaces Washing up Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from debris. Assist with food preparation if needed, adhering to health and safety regulations. Support cooking activities by maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages or issues promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience in a pot washing is preferred, particularly within a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting. Familiarity with food preparation and cooking processes is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. A positive attitude towards serving others in a hospitality environment is essential. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and protocols as required.
