Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking

Pot Wash / Kitchen Porter

to join our kitchen team. This essential role supports the smooth operation of the tearoom by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Working every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly wash pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Keep kitchen and washing areas clean, tidy, and organized. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks, if required. Empty bins, sweep and mop floors, and follow cleaning checklists. Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times. Support the kitchen and front-of-house team as needed.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team-player mentality. Willingness to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards. Previous experience is helpful but not essential - training will be provided.
