Job Description
General responsibilities of the position include:
1. Work within the guidelines from "Safer Food Better Business" workbook
2. Observance of Health & Safety requirements
3. Carry out duties as instructed by COOK
4. Complete relevant training requirements.
Day to Day Duties
Check on equipment and record relevant information such as fridge temperatures.
Assist with clearing up and cleaning after each meal.
Assist with daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
Assist with checking in of stock.
Ensure correct labelling.
Please note that this will be subject to continuing review and development

Pay: 12.30 per hour
