to join our processing team. This role is responsible for removing internal organs from poultry in a safe, efficient, and hygienic manner while meeting strict food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform evisceration tasks on poultry processing lines in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure all products meet regulatory and customer quality standards.
Operate evisceration equipment safely and report any malfunctions immediately.
Work with precision and care to prevent contamination or damage to the product.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols, including proper use of PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, contributing to overall plant cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Understanding of (or willingness to learn) food safety and hygiene standards.
Previous experience in food processing, meat, or poultry production is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast?paced environment.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Comfortable working in a chilled or humid environment.
PPE and full training provided.
