PPC & Adwords Specialist
who can help our customers unlock new levels of growth through paid search.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building and managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns for our customers across multiple regions. This isn't an agency-style "cookie-cutter" role -- it's hands-on, analytical, and creative. You'll assess each customer's website and market, recommend targeted campaigns, and continuously optimise for performance.
You'll also collaborate with our in-house SEO and content teams to ensure campaigns complement our organic strategies rather than compete with them.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate customer websites to identify SEO strengths, weaknesses, and paid-search opportunities
Develop and present detailed PPC analysis reports and proposals for customers in different regions and industries
Create and manage localised Social Media and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) with precision targeting
Suggest, manage, and optimise ad budgets to maximise ROI
Continuously monitor and refine campaigns based on performance data and conversion tracking
Prepare clear, actionable monthly reports for both internal teams and customers
Collaborate with the SEO/content team to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies
Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in managing successful Social Media and Google Ads accounts across multiple regions
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how paid/organic strategies intersect
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools
Excellent analytical and reporting skills -- confident in interpreting data and making decisions from it
Strong communication and presentation skills (customer-facing experience ideal)
Google Ads certification is essential
