Job Description



Reporting to a Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of mainly large clients of varying sectors.
Day to day tasks will include: -

Monitoring, set-up and management of Google Ads, Meta Ads and other PPC campaigns alongside the rest of the team. Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to increase campaign efficiency and ROI. Liaising directly with clients. Identifying trends and reacting to them in a way that delivers success for clients. Producing reports and analytical data supporting your work. Working with the business development team to produce proposals. Liaising with developers, designers and other members of the team and third party contractors to help the end goal. Ensuring that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place. Constantly looking for ways to develop and learn in order to improve the performance of campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate


Although experience working within an agency will be considered, we're looking for an individual who has demonstrated the ability to manage multiple campaigns and engaged with multiple stakeholders. People who are degree-educated in scientific or data-based courses would be well suited to this role, but any strong candidates will be considered.

Hands-on PPC and Paid Social experience Excellent knowledge and experience of Google Ads Networks Exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical capability Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Able to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage time across multiple projects Basic understanding of HTML At least 1 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in an agency environment) Experience handling budgets and dealing with performance targets Google Ads certifications (valid certs) Excellent understanding of online marketing Able to competently write Ad copy and structure campaigns Excellent understanding of technical PPC considerations including product feeds Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, with the ability to set up conversion tracking with support. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize for better results. Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the SEO team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.

Requirements



Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency setting. Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with campaign management tools such as DoubleClick is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
