Role Overview

Vendo Digital is looking for a driven and analytical PPC / Paid Search Executive to join our growing digital team. As the business continues to expand rapidly, we're seeking a passionate and hard-working marketeer with a strong interest in paid media and performance marketing.Our business is built on servicing small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, meaning no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise small to medium-sized PPC budgets across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) Own day-to-day account management, including bid strategies, budget pacing, and performance optimisation Identify and recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client growth goals Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimise existing campaigns and uncover new paid search opportunities Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance against client KPIs Regularly test and refine ad copy, keywords, audiences, and landing page performance Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations clearly to clients Work closely with the wider digital team to ensure PPC activity supports broader marketing objectives Initiate and develop projects that positively impact client performance and revenue Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices

Skills & Experience

Degree qualified (preferably in Marketing or a related discipline) Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Experience managing or assisting with paid search campaigns (Google Ads/ Microsoft Ads experience highly desirable) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships Ability to adapt strategies based on client needs and business goals Understanding of the interplay between PPC, SEO, and Paid Social is desirable Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growing agency.
