PPC Specialist
to accelerate inbound leads and fuel our growth.
You will take full ownership of our paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. With a sharp focus on ROI, you'll manage campaigns end-to-end: from keyword research and ad creation to landing page optimization and performance reporting.
Role Overview:
Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns for lead generation
Own and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads accounts
Run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages
Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance insights
Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging
Stay up to date with PPC trends, algorithms, and tools
10+ years of hands-on development experience in
Totara LMS
Deep understanding of
PHP
,
MySQL
,
HTML
,
CSS
, and
JavaScript
Proven experience with
Totara customisations
,
plugin development
, and
theme creation
Comfortable working in
Agile/Scrum
teams with version control (Git)
A problem-solver who can confidently contribute ideas, architect solutions, and lead technically
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs and systems
Able to mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of PPC experience (ideally in B2B or EdTech)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads
Experience with lead generation and conversion tracking
Analytical mindset with Excel/Sheets and reporting tools skills
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Looker Studio, or SEO tools
