Job Summary


We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across the Amazon marketplaces. Most of your work will be in the UK, however, we also sell in the EU and the USA. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and refining PPC campaigns to drive sales performance and profitability across multiple ASINs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Management

Build, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and bid adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Analyse search term reports to identify negative keywords and prevent wasted spend.

Strategy & Execution

Develop PPC strategies tailored to different product categories and growth goals. Plan and execute A/B tests on ad creatives and campaign structures. Coordinate with listing and creative teams to align copy, images, and video with ad performance goals.

Reporting & Analysis

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, TACoS). Generate insights from advertising data to support broader marketing and product strategies. Track and measure campaign effectiveness to guide continuous improvement.

Budget Management

Manage daily and monthly ad spend budgets within target ACoS/ROAS goals. Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Amazon Brand Managers, Directors and Sales and Marketing team to synchronize campaign and organic efforts. Provide feedback on product performance and customer insights based on PPC data.

Requirements



Experience:

1+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (including campaign creation, management, and optimization). Experience working with Amazon Seller Central

Technical Skills:

Proficient with tools like Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, Pacvue, or similar platforms. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with pivot tables and data visualization.

Analytical Abilities:

Understanding of key Amazon PPC metrics (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR). Ability to draw insights from data and act accordingly.

Soft Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications



Amazon Ads certification. Experience using tools such as Helium10, Data Dive and Jungle Scout. Experience using Brand Analytics, such as the Search Query Reports. Experience managing large-scale accounts with 100+ ASINs. Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Reduction in ACoS/TACoS across campaigns. Increase in overall ROAS and conversion rate. Growth in ad-driven sales and new-to-brand customers. Budget adherence and efficient spend scaling.
