We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated PPC Specialist on a full time, fixed term basis of 12 months, to join our growing marketing team. If you're an ambitious individual who wants to further their career in digital marketing then we want to work with you.


Work location is flexible - 2 days / week in the office and 3 days / week WFH


General Role Description:




Drive targeted traffic to the company's website through paid online advertising campaigns. The goal is to generate leads, sales, or brand awareness while ensuring the advertising spend delivers a strong return on investment (ROI).


The role of PPC Specialist will include:-




Planning, building, managing and reporting on advertising campaigns using Google platforms and other social media channels. Setting up campaigns: Conducting keyword research to identify high-performing search terms, Structuring campaigns for maximum performance and writing compelling ad copy including working with the in-house marketing team to develop effective creatives. Conducting A/B tests to continually improve ad effectiveness and refine audience targeting. Allocating the set budget across campaigns and channels based on goals and performance. Monitoring daily spend, identifying trends and adjusting to prevent overspending or under-delivering. Monitoring and creating reports on competitor activity, including suggesting improvements to outperform competition. Monitoring performance metrics, analysing campaign data, and generating regular reports with actionable insights.

As the Content Specialist you will have:




At least 2 years of experience in hands-on experience of managing paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and social media campaigns (either agency or in house). Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Google & Meta certifications are desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of creative best practices for performance ads. A good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and advertising platforms. A results-driven attitude, with a focus on data and performance analysis coupled with an understanding of PPC, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and other key paid advertising metrics and be able to optimize campaigns based on data insights. A proactive outlook, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-starter attitude, motivated by achieving goals and delivering exceptional results. A passion for digital marketing and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
