Do you have a knack for PR & Comms that combines creativity, precision, and a little bit of pzazz? Are you equally comfortable talking beauty trends, aesthetics, or complex healthcare communications? If yes, we might have the perfect role for you.
We're on the lookout for mid-to-senior PR pros to join a small but mighty Brighton based agency. You'll lead exciting projects across beauty, aesthetics, and healthcare sectors, blending creativity and expertise on both UK and / or international campaigns.
Everything you need to know about the role -

• Lead PR and content projects across beauty, aesthetics, and healthcare - from social campaigns to global initiatives.
• Manage media relations, brainstorm content ideas, and translate complex medical or scientific information into engaging communications.
• Conduct weekly client check-ins - coordinating copywriters, medical writers, and other specialists while keeping expectations crystal clear.
• Draft press materials, roundtable documents, and monitor industry press to spot opportunities for standout content.
• Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to raise the bar across the agency.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

• PR/comms experience in beauty or aesthetics is essential.
• Strong project management skills - juggling multiple campaigns is your jam.
• Experience with Veeva is a bonus.
• Confident, knowledgeable, and spunky - strategic enough to plan, practical enough to execute.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
