ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Technology team and help shape standout programmes for some of the world's most exciting, high-growth B2B technology brands. You'll bring energy, tenacity and a genuine passion for technology, and you'll embody our values: Ambitious, Kind, Inclusive, Entrepreneurial, Collaborative and Fearless.
We're after someone who is creative, organised, deadline-driven and comfortable spinning multiple plates in a fast-paced environment. We're also looking for experience and curiosity in using AI as part of your work.
Key qualities and experience you'll bring:
- Proven experience running busy B2B and corporate PR programmes (UK and global) for technology brands
- Strong knowledge of technology and business media, with high-quality contacts and the ability to build impactful media strategies
- A solid understanding of the technology landscape, emerging innovations and how to translate them for business audiences
- A creative mindset with ideas that stand out in a crowded media environment
- Interest and experience in using AI to deliver higher quality work and create efficiencies
- Excellent writing skills across by-lines, commentary, pitches, social copy and more
- Confidence managing up, down and across - keeping projects, people and priorities moving
- Curiosity for integrated communications, from media to content, digital, social and influencer
- The ability to offer quick, smart counsel to clients and present with confidence
- A natural relationship-builder with clients, colleagues and media alike
This role sits within our Technology practice, partnering with brands such as Lenovo, Zoom, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Celonis and more. The ideal candidate has experience with notable, high-growth enterprise tech brands and knows how to move beyond buzzwords, finding the angle that gives technical stories relevance and spark. Experience matters, but so does attitude. We want someone who sees opportunities everywhere and isn't afraid to bring fresh thinking. In addition to client work, you'll play a key part in new business pitches - contributing ideas, shaping proposals and presenting with confidence. With Zeno's matrix structure, you'll also have the chance to collaborate with teams beyond the tech world.
