PR & Communications Manager
Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer
Role Overview
Our client is a fast-growing agency seeking a comms-first PR & Communications Manager to deliver integrated communications across a portfolio of clients.
This is an agency communications role, focused on shaping narratives, managing reputation, and delivering consistent, high-quality comms output across multiple client accounts.
You will manage day to day PR and communications activity, work closely with senior leadership on strategy, and take ownership of execution in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. The role suits someone with strong core PR skills, proven communications experience (internal and external), hands-on influencer experience, and a genuine interest in growing that capability as part of integrated client work.
Key Responsibilities
Agency PR & Communications Delivery

  • Manage day to day PR and communications activity across multiple client accounts.
  • Support media relations including pitching, press materials, journalist engagement and basic issues or crisis response under senior guidance.
  • Develop and adapt narrative assets including key messages, campaign frameworks, FAQs and briefing documents for different clients and sectors.
  • Support executive communications for agency clients, including op-eds, speaking notes, internal communications, stakeholder updates and LinkedIn leadership content.
  • Contribute to client thought leadership programmes such as bylines, whitepapers, conference materials and category commentary.
Influencer & Creator Communications (Agency-Led)
  • Support influencer programmes from a communications perspective, including sourcing, vetting, briefing and managing creators and talent across client accounts.
  • Manage Influencer executive as part of comms team and liaise with other social team members across influencer programmes.
  • Assist with influencer negotiations, contracts, usage rights and compliance tracking in line with agency processes.
  • Help build and maintain the agencys influencer and talent roster.
  • Develop influencer briefing packs and story arcs that align with broader PR and communications strategies.
  • Work with senior team members to help evolve influencer activity beyond reach metrics into earned media impact and reputational outcomes.
Integrated Campaign Execution
  • Attend client shoots, events and activations to capture insights and convert activity into press hooks, comms angles and reusable assets.
  • Collaborate with creative, social and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and rights-compliant asset reuse across channels.
Account Management & Reporting
  • Manage communications administration including content calendars, asset libraries, influencer documentation and performance reporting.
  • Track campaign performance and surface insights, learnings and recommendations to senior agency teams.
  • Support day to day client relationships by responding quickly, managing expectations and maintaining high delivery standards.
  • Contribute to smooth internal agency workflows and support billable project delivery
Skills & Experience
  • 4 - 6+ years experience in a PR, communications or integrated agency (or equivalent journalism background with agency exposure).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent editorial judgement across formats.
  • Comms first mindset with hands on experience supporting influencer or creator programmes.
  • Comfortable supporting contracts, negotiations and usage rights within influencer agreements.
  • Highly organised and confident managing multiple clients, deadlines and stakeholders in an agency setting.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable taking direction while owning delivery.
  • Curious, adaptable and motivated by the pace and variety of agency work.
