We're looking for a

PR Outreach and Influence Manager

What You'll Do

Own the spotlight

: Craft and deliver creative PR strategies that get us talked about - in print, online, and everywhere in between.

Build meaningful partnerships

: Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and media who align with our values and aesthetic.

Be the brand guardian

: Ensure our messaging is fresh, clear, and consistent across all external communications.

Drive real results

: Secure national press coverage, high-impact collaborations, and viral moments that move the needle.

Create buzzworthy content

: From press kits to pitch emails, you'll write content that demands attention.

Host and manage experiences

: Organise influencer days, media visits, and in-clinic content opportunities that elevate our presence.

Track and celebrate wins

: Monitor performance, report on PR ROI, and constantly find new ways to push boundaries.

About You

You're not just ticking boxes - you're ambitious, confident, and creative. You get that PR today is about authentic connections, powerful content, and cultural relevance. You're probably the person your friends go to for "who's hot right now" on Instagram or for ideas that make people say, "that's genius."

You'll thrive here if you:

Have 2+ years' experience in PR, outreach, or influencer marketing Can write killer copy - short, punchy, and persuasive Are connected (or know how to get connected) in lifestyle, beauty, or wellness circles Have a track record of delivering measurable campaign results Know your way around influencer platforms and media tools Bring bold ideas to the table- and aren't afraid to chase them

Have worked in aesthetics, health, or lifestyle brands Understand SEO, social metrics, and digital visibility Want to help shape a brand that's rewriting industry norms
