Our Brand Marketing team is here to grow love for our brand-boosting awareness and helping more people see us as the go-to for all things home. Whether it's encouraging our lovely existing customers to pop back in more often, or welcoming new faces to discover what we're all about, we do it all under our brand platform:

Sitting within the wider Brand Communications team (which includes PR, Influencer Marketing and Advertising), the organic social team brings our brand to life on platforms where our customers spend their time-Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Creating content that's engaging, watchable, shareable, and full of our personality.
As a PR Manager you will promote Dunelm from a brand and product perspective to consumer media. By working with national, regional, consumer and trade press (broadcast, print and online), you will help drive brand consideration through positive press endorsement, driving increased brand love from existing customers and reappraisal from lapsed/new customers.
What you'll be doing
Team Up with the Senior PR Manager
: Collaborate closely to bring our PR strategies to life.
Create Buzz
: Dream up new media stories and angles, gather insights from our team, and keep an eye on media trends for inspiration.
Be the Media's Best Friend
: Handle all media requests promptly and efficiently.
Stay in the Know
: Monitor media coverage (including our competitors) and share the highlights with the team. Review our dashboards to ensure we're on track.
Plan Amazing Events
: Organise press events and activations that wow, all within budget, to boost our brand and showcase our products.
Partner with Our PR Agency
: Ensure smooth collaboration and top-notch service from our PR agency.
Meet Press Deadlines
: Manage our monthly schedule to provide timely product information to both long-lead and short-lead press.
Champion Community PR
: Oversee our Community PR programme and ensure we hit our KPIs.
Craft Perfect Press Packs
: Manage the creation process, from planning to photography selection, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Keep an Eye on the Budget
: Manage the PR budget to ensure we're spending wisely.
Collaborate with Marketing
: Work closely with the marketing team to align our PR efforts with the overall strategy. We can't wait to see the magic you'll bring to our team!
