Sandbanks is a premium lifestyle brand known for quality, craftsmanship, and a commitment to sustainable luxury. We're growing quickly and looking for a proactive, organised, and creative PR & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and partnerships activity.
Role Overview
The PR & Marketing Assistant will play a key role in amplifying brand visibility through partnerships, influencer programs, press outreach, and content coordination. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to support daily operations, manage gifting and partnership logistics, and ensure that Sandbanks is consistently represented across media and influencer channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships & Talent Management
Manage ongoing brand partnerships, including organising fit sessions and coordinating stock required for each collaboration.
Oversee influencer and celebrity gifting programs, including product selection, shipment coordination, and tracking.
Liaise with talent agencies to facilitate gifting, partnership discussions, and new opportunity exploration.
Monitor influencer and partner content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
Coordinate reshares of influencer and celebrity content on Sandbanks' social platforms.
PR & Marketing Support
Assist in identifying and exploring new marketing and PR opportunities, including magazines, editorial placements, and digital media features.
Support the creation and execution of PR campaigns and outreach strategies.
Maintain internal tracking systems for coverage, partnerships, and gifting.
Conduct market research to support campaign planning and identify new growth avenues.
Collaborative Working
Work alongside the Social Media Manager to ensure partner and influencer content is planned and shared appropriately.
Support content monitoring across social channels, ensuring timely engagement and brand consistency.
Collect and organise content from partners for use across digital channels.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager on wider marketing activations.
Skills & Experience
1-2 years experience in PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a similar role (internships considered).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident building relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners.
Highly detail-oriented, especially when reviewing content or managing stock/gifting logs.
A proactive mindset with an eye for marketing, media, and brand storytelling.
Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and influencer culture.
Basic understanding of PR processes and media landscape.
