Duties

Manage online reputation by engaging with followers and addressing any public relations issues proactively.
Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
