Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a motivated, organized full time Senior Therapist/Manager with strong commercial awareness on behalf of a prestigious clinic in Alderley Edge.

We specialise in the latest skin rejuvenation, body contouring, anti aging and minor surgical aesthetic treatments, including botox, dermal fillers, skin peels, beauty treatments and laser treatments.

Management & Leadership

To organize staff requirements, ensuring optimum use of employees via rota management Maintaining communication with staff within the clinic including holding regular team meetings to brief staff and to monitor learning and development.

Commercial & Financial Acumen

To review, analyze and man age clinic finances an d financial performance against targets To promote the sales of treatments and products and develop marketing initiatives Managing stock control, clinic merchandising, layout, image and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

To give professional advice to clients and promote available treatments. Conducting skin analysis and advising clients on skin and body care. Providing a range of non surgical face, body and relaxation treatments customised to a client's need, and recommend appropriate products and aftercare. Working with a range of equipment and products. Making appointments, maintaining client records and handling financial transactions. To stay with client throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from reception. To liaise in a positive and constructive manner Flexibility and cooperation is required. To adhere to health and safety regulations by using safe work. To assist in cleaning and tidying of the treatment rooms.

Qualifications/Requirements

Level 3 NVQ certificate in Beauty Therapy Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Therapist Experience of working within a medical or highly regulated environment Ability to work flexibly to suit to hours and needs to the business Previous managerial experience

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
