We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our private dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards, managing staff and the delivery of exceptional client care. Responsibilities

Supervise and support the nursing team ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of client care. Coordinate human resources functions including recruitment, staff training, and performance appraisals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the practice's services within the community

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a similar environment Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Experience in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. Proven experience and knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
