Practice Manager / Client Coordinator

to help us continue setting the standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of London's most exclusive clinics. You'll work alongside two other highly skilled client coordinators, supporting our patients and team to deliver an unforgettable level of care.

You'll also bring:

At least 2 years' experience

in a private dental practice. Knowledge of

CQC

and dental software. A love of working in a

luxury, high-end environment

where

five-star service

is the minimum, not the goal.

What You'll Do

Coordinate the clinic's day-to-day operations with precision and poise. Lead and support a talented team, ensuring seamless communication and flow. Deliver an exceptional patient journey, from consultation to completion. Maintain compliance and CQC standards with care and attention. Support the leadership team in achieving both clinical and customer service excellence.

A highly competitive salary - up to 50,000 per annum

(pro-rated for part-time).
