About you
You're a confident, collaborative leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and, ideally, experience in a clinical setting. A natural communicator, you build strong relationships with clients and inspire the best in your team. To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong focus on commercial performance, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Highly organised and proactive, you're skilled in systems, data analysis, and resource planning.

What you'll be doing
Typically, in this role, you'll:
Deliver exceptional client care, monitoring client feedback and actioning to improve the practice
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
Support the Partner / Lead Vet with a focus on capacity, skills utilisation and cost management to maximise commercial performance
Maintain clinic rotas and carry out effective resource planning, diary management and clinic workflow
* Support recruitment, induction and management of colleagues, enabling engagement and retention
