You'll join us as a Practice Manager in our busy practice in Exmouth



A full-time position, initially a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity, with the potential for a permanent position in the area following the end of the 12 months.

An exciting opportunity to lead a 6-surgery dental practice located on Salterton Road, Exmouth With free on-site parking and close to local transport routes The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including Six Month Smiles, Implants, Teeth Whitening & Facial Aesthetics, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth Initially covering maternity within the Exmouth Practice, with the potential for a permanent position after 12 months, as either a Designate Practice Manager covering other practices in the area or a Practice Manager within a practice if the opportunity becomes available

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions You will enjoy being part of a team that's passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
