An exciting opportunity to lead a 6-surgery dental practice located on Salterton Road, Exmouth
With free on-site parking and close to local transport routes
The practice offers a wide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including Six Month Smiles, Implants, Teeth Whitening & Facial Aesthetics, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth
Initially covering maternity within the Exmouth Practice, with the potential for a permanent position after 12 months, as either a Designate Practice Manager covering other practices in the area or a Practice Manager within a practice if the opportunity becomes available

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
