Dental Practice Manager Full Time



We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and manage our fully-private aesthetic practice based in Leeds . We are led by one of the UK's leading Invisalign providers and operate as a Diamond II Invisalign provider. With locations across the UK you will be joining a thriving business who places a great emphasis on extreme patient care.

You will ideally be in similar role, however, to succeed in this role you will have a strong business acumen so we welcome candidates outside of the dental sector.

Based in the heart of Leeds city centre our Leeds practice is perfectly situated to allow ease of access from all local transport routes. The practice itself provides a stunning unique boutique vibe where the use of AI is naturally embedded into our processes.

You will have expert leadership skills to take our existing team to new heights. Working alongside our Principal dentist, you will show your passion and drive to align with our business goals. You will therefore be astute in all financial matters relating to the day to day running of the practice and be very much aware of external factors that drive our industry. We will lean on your experience to make sound decisions, problem solve and enable you to drive our Leeds practice to the next level of business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Leadership management

Financial planning

Monitoring practice performance through set KPIs

Recognise opportunities for new business

Working closely with the Principal Dentist

Diary management

People management

Preparing staff schedules

Processing dentist pay

Process payroll

Overseeing the practice ordering system

Patient complaints

Overseeing maintenance of the practice

Overseeing maintenance of equipment

Marketing

Overseeing social media

Reporting, daily, weekly , monthly targets

Attending monthly meetings

An understanding of the GDC, CQC and FCA requirements

HR and team management, ensure staff comply with policies and procedures. Be responsible that all procedures and processes are In place and are adhered to. All aspects of CQC and store safety including regular audits and risk assessment and to maintain GDC principles. Ensure the store appearance is kept to a high standard recruit develop and motivate the team using effective management skills. As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving performance by delivering objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost management

The successful candidate will:

Hold a GDC registration (desirable)
Understand CQC requirements (desirable)
Be strong leader with the ability to lead and inspire others (essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding dental retail environment (essential)

Passionate about patient care and customer experience (essential)
Experience in driving marketing activities to drive growth (essential)
Be able to optimise revenues and profits and work within budgets (essential)
Create an exciting and energetic atmosphere for patients and staff (essential)

Hours 37.5 flexible working across Monday to Friday
