have an exciting opportunity for a

Practice Manager,

to join Europe's leading provider of Invisalign at our reputable and award winning company. Since our foundation a couple of years ago, we are now operating out of 7 clinics in the UK, offering low-cost Invisalign treatment to thousands of patients each year.

We opened up a clinic in Leeds towards the end of 2025, working out of Dentozen practice in Leeds Park Plaza, and have ambitious growth plans for the future over the next couple of years.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge Commercial drive; planning & driving initiatives designed to improve revenue for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access to review Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions Deliver staff training & development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

About the role:

We are looking for a full-time practice manager for this opportunity

Our practice is open during the week, as well as Saturdays & Sundays, 9AM-7PM. We do require our Practice Manager to be able to provide support on weekends as they are business critical days We are open to discussing a suitable working pattern arrangement during the interview process

About you:

We are ideally looking for a candidate with a prior management background in dentistry, or dental candidates looking for their next progressive steo in practice

We are also open to considering applicants with management experience outside of Dentistry

Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC Dentally software experience is preferrable DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
