Dental Practice Manager (Part-Time, 35K Pro Rata)

We're Liberty Dentists, an independent and forward-thinking practice in Shoreditch. We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused

Practice Manager

to help take our team into its next phase.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Wants part-time hours (e.g. 2-3 days/week to start) Has strong experience in dental or healthcare management Thrives on structure, systems, and bringing out the best in a team Can take ownership of day-to-day operations without needing to be micromanaged Is confident handling recalls, compliance, rotas, and performance tracking Is tech-savvy and comfortable using dental software (e.g. SOE Exact or similar)
What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating and motivating a small, skilled team Ensuring CQC compliance and smooth day-to-day operations Tracking recalls, patient communications, and KPI performance Supporting growth by creating structure and driving accountability Working closely with the Principal Dentist on strategy and improvements
