We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced
Practice Manager
to lead our
Wimbledon practice
. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play a key role in the continued growth and success of one of our well-established sites.
Role Overview
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining compliance and clinical excellence, managing financial performance, and supporting the delivery of outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
Lead, support, and motivate the clinical and administrative team to deliver excellent service
Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control
Ensure full compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Support marketing and growth initiatives to enhance the practice's performance and patient base
Collaborate closely with the wider Sync Dental management team
About You
Proven management experience, ideally within a
dental or healthcare
setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
Financial and business awareness with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Able to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
