Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable private dental practice, Dental Beauty Hampstead. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team that won team of the year in our recent annual awards, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Payman Sobhani

Dental Beauty Hampstead is an award-winning practice located in North London, offering a wide range of private dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge Commercial drive; planning & driving initiatives designed to improve revenue for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access to review Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions Deliver staff training & development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

About the role:

We are looking for a full-time practice manager for this opportunity

The working hours for the role will be between the hours 9AM-6PM Monday-Thursday, 8.30AM-4PM on Fridays, and some weekends

You will also have access to a performance related annual bonus of up to 20% of your salary, based on key metrics for the practice

About you:

We are looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either mixed or private dentistry

Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC Dentally software experience is preferrable DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
