Practice Manager - Private GP Practice

We are seeking a distinguished and accomplished Practice Manager to join a boutique, highly reputed private GP practice. This role is ideal for an experienced NHS GP Practice Manager wishing to transition into the private sector. No prior private sector experience is required -- only your professionalism, capability, and ambition.

Working in close partnership with the Lead GP, you will play a central role in shaping the practice's growth, refinement, and smooth daily operation. Your Role

Operational Excellence

Ensure the seamless, discreet, and efficient running of all practice activities.

Governance & Compliance

Lead all aspects of CQC preparedness and regulatory compliance with precision and confidence. Maintain exemplary standards of clinical and information governance.

Financial Leadership

Oversee financial management, reporting, and planning with clarity and sophistication. Provide strategic insight to support the practice's ongoing success and sustainable growth.

People & Culture

Lead with warmth, professionalism, and authority across all HR functions. Foster a culture defined by discretion, attentiveness, and exceptional service.

Communication & Partnerships

Represent the practice with elegance and confidence in all interactions -- with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Support strategic planning and collaborative initiatives with insight and good judgement.

Pay: 20.00-30.00 per hour
