Maternity Cover Practice Manager - Orchard House Dental Full-time | 37.08 hours per week | 18.00 per hour plus bonus | Beckenham, Kent

At Orchard House Dental, we believe a great dental practice is built on great relationships - with our patients, and with each other. We're looking for a Practice Manager to provide maternity cover, someone who's as passionate about people as they are about performance.

Your role will include:

Leading, developing, and supporting the practice team

Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture

Managing performance to achieve targets and deliver excellent patient care

Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and patient satisfaction

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members

Keeping an eye on budgets, reporting, and business performance

Hours: 37.08 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Pay: 18 per hour plus bonus

Contract: Maternity cover (exact duration to be confirmed)
