Practice Manager

to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our service.

The Role



As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth running of all administrative, compliance, and client-facing processes. You will work closely with the Director and mediators, providing operational support and helping to develop systems that support our growth and reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing case administration and ensuring compliance with FMC and legal aid requirements. Supporting mediators in scheduling, documentation, and case progression. Overseeing financial processes, including invoicing and tracking payments. Developing and improving office systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and external partners in a professional and supportive manner. Supporting the business in its growth, including contributing to strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

About You



The ideal candidate will bring:

Prior experience working within a

mediation service

(essential). Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail. Understanding of compliance requirements in mediation (including legal aid). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a start-up environment and contribute to the growth of the service. A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
