An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Practice Manager at our lovely practice. Management experience is desirable but not essential.
This role would suit a Dental Nurse who now wants to move into management as the next step of their career progression. An understanding of HR, employment law, compliance, UDA targets, diary management, management of both people and processes and payroll would be ideal.
We use Pearl dental software so any candidate must be IT literate and experience of dental software would be advantageous.
Candidates should possess the following personal attributes - determination with a can-do attitude, resilience, drive, flexibility, great communication skills, willing and eager to learn, be approachable, professional and lead by example, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
