Practice Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join our modern, friendly Specialist Orthodontic Practice -- Oxford Orthodontics. Following a complete refurbishment, our two-floor practice now offers state-of-the-art facilities designed for both patients and team members to thrive.
We're open to full-time or part-time applicants,
and we're particularly keen to find someone who can help us continue to grow , not just within Orthodontics, but also as we expand into other areas of Dentistry.
Position: Full-time or part-time (Monday to Friday)
Start date: As soon as possible
What the role involves
Leading and supporting a dedicated team with the day-to-day management of the practice, both clinical and non-clinical
Managing all operational aspects of the business
Recruitment, training, and development of staff
Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews
Providing clear leadership and fostering a positive, collaborative culture
Ensuring full compliance with CQC and health and safety standards
Occasionally supporting the front desk or assisting chairside where needed (GDC registration preferred)
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
Great interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
Enthusiasm for helping the business grow and evolve
Excellent understanding of compliance and CQC regulations
