We're now looking for a Practice Manager / Business growth supreamo who can keep that rhythm running smoothly. Someone who can balance empathy with edge. Calm with commercial focus. Leadership with lift.

What You'll Do

Run the day-to-day operations of the practice with confidence and precision Lead and inspire a high-performing team that delivers outstanding patient experiences Manage diaries, compliance, cash flow, and reporting Own the patient journey from first enquiry to treatment completion, making every step clear, warm, and memorable Drive sales and hit growth targets without losing sight of care or quality Keep communication tight between clinical, front-of-house, and head office teams Spot problems early, fix them fast, and make smart improvements that keep us ahead Support local marketing and outreach that builds awareness and drives new patients

About You

You think commercially but act compassionately You've led a team before and know how to get the best from people You thrive in fast-moving environments and stay calm when others don't You're organised, proactive, and obsessed with high standards You understand private dentistry or have experience in a similar customer-facing sector
