Developing an effective communication strategy for internal and external use eg web-site, social media, practice newsletter 14. Overall responsibility for all incoming e-mails ensuring there are actioned as required 15.
Ensure compliance with NHS contractual obligations 16. Provide support for planning meetings, recruitment of staff and ensuring GP rotas and holiday arrangements are managed effectively 17. Ensure effective practice meetings with clear agendas, minutes and action plans 18. Responding to patient concerns and complaints within current guidance and legislation 19.
