Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator

The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an organised, commercially-minded, and patient-focused individual. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the practice while also guiding patients through their treatment journey, increasing case acceptance, and driving practice growth. Strong
sales and communication skills
are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, compliance, HR, and financial processes.
Ensure full adherence to CQC, GDC, HTM 01-05, GDPR, and health & safety regulations.
Manage staff rotas, appraisals, and training.
Monitor and report on KPIs and practice performance.
Act as the first point of contact for patients considering treatment.
Deliver high-quality patient consultations with a focus on
case acceptance and treatment conversion
.
Confidently present treatment plans, finance options, and address patient concerns.
Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise conversion into booked treatments.
Support marketing initiatives, patient testimonials, and referral growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in dental practice management and/or treatment coordination.
Strong sales ability
with experience in case acceptance and treatment plan presentation.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of dental compliance and regulations.
A proactive, patient-focused, and business-driven mindset.
Experience with dental software (Dentally desirable).
What We Offer
16.25-16.50 per hour.
Quarterly performance- bonus scheme linked to case acceptance and revenue growth.
42.5 hours per week, full-time permanent role.
