We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories accurately. Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist in minor surgical procedures and ensure proper sterilisation of equipment. Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programmes.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse qualification with valid nursing registration. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a practice environment. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of patient care. A genuine passion for patient care and commitment to continuous professional development.
