We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. Duties
Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories accurately.
Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed.
Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide health education to patients.
Perform routine clinical procedures, including wound care and blood pressure monitoring.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programmes.
Stay updated on best practices in nursing care and relevant medical advancements.
Requirements
Registered Nurse qualification with valid nursing registration.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
