Summary

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team at MRP - Medical Resource Partners. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care while contributing to our mission of improving clinical outcomes across the UK healthcare landscape.

Role

Weekday shifts in a number of GP practices Enhanced Access service weekday evenings and Saturdays. Full list of address can be provided on application. The role is

PAYE

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a practice setting. Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed. Educate patients on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

NMC registered with relevant practice nurse experience. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
