We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Woodlands Health Centre. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care and support to our diverse patient population, contributing significantly to their health and well-being.

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Practice Nurse to join our established training practice team. The successful candidate is someone who is motivated and committed to providing high quality care, working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.

Previous experience of working in general practice is

essential.

Salary is dependant on knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with practice protocols. Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer vaccinations and manage chronic disease clinics focusing on diabetes and asthma. Family planning & woman's health including cervical smears. Conduct cervical screening. Child immunisations and advice. Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. QOF, DES & LES Implementation.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour
