Are you an experienced Practice Nurse with a passion for respiratory care?
We are looking for a motivated and skilled nurse to join our enthusiastic nursing team.
About Us:
We are a friendly, supportive GP practice caring for a list of around 11,000 patients. Our dedicated nursing team works closely together to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach, valuing every member of the team.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with a special interest in COPD and Asthma. You will be responsible for delivering chronic disease management, health promotion, and general practice nursing duties, working alongside our clinicians to support the needs of our patient population.
What we're looking for:
Registered Nurse with experience in primary care Interest and/or experience in COPD and Asthma management Commitment to delivering high standards of patient-centred care Enthusiasm for teamwork and service development
