Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at The Barcroft Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, forward-thinking surgery where patient-centred care is at the heart of what we do.
About the Role:
Work as a key member of the duty team Provide triage and clinical assessment for patients Manage telephone consultations, face-to-face appointments, and home visits Support the team in delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients Contribute to the continued development of our nursing team
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Master's level or equivalent experience) Strong triage and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to excellent patient care and continuous improvement
