The successful applicant will provide high-quality, evidence based Nursing care within our GP practice. They will be involved with a full range of treatment room duties, management of long term conditions, wound care and cervical screening. The role involves working with the wider healthcare team to reduce health inequalities, improve patient outcomes and support the practice commitment to delivering patient centred care

Our Practice Nurse role would be expected to undertake a range of nursing assessments and provide appropriate care or treatment in conjunction with our clinical team and Practice Policies.
You will required to support and deliver a high level of quality care and service based on the needs of the patient population of which would include treatment, management plans, screening, preventative care and patient education. In addition to this, you would also be expected to support the Practice in meeting its contractual obligations and delivery of enhanced service specifications.

Crocus Medical Practice is an innovative and forward thinking Practice led by our 3 partners. We serve and cover a local population of approximately 12,500 patients and are looking to recruit and welcome a Practice Nurse, to work across our 2 sites.
You will be joining a well establish team that undertake a variety of tasks, supporting and liaising with the in-house clinical team and other local healthcare providers in order to deliver high quality patient care.

On occasion there may be a requirement to undertake home visits
