GP practice looking for one part time practice nurse
to work 2-3 days per week. Experience of working in primary care is desirable.
The individual will receive significant support from the Clinical team to develop in this role. You will be responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing to the whole practice population. The focus of the role is both the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients presenting with long term conditions, and the provision of preventative healthcare to the practice population.
You will work within the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and support the delivery of the services. You will be expected to demonstrate clinical and communication skills to a high standard and a commitment to improving nursing practice through on-going personal and professional development.
