Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated a pharmacist to join our practice team. This position is suitable for a pharmacist with patient to deliver patient care. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills and focus on patients care . As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role working alongside other clinicians to deliver care to patients. Newly qualified pharmacists are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided
Responsibilities include
Long-term condition review- Asthma , COPD and diabetes etc.
dealing with patients' querires both in person and over the phone
dealing with repeat prescription requests
reviewing clinical letters and other admin jobs
Requirements
A valid pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Independent prescribing status is desired but not essential
Previous experience in general practice is desired but not essential
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on patient care and education.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in medication management.
