Role Requirements
Provide administrative and coordination support to the pre-construction and estimating team
Assist with the preparation of tender documents and submissions
Help collate, track, and organise pre-construction information and project documentation
Support the handover of projects from pre-construction to delivery teams
Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and deadlines are met
Well suited to someone early in their career or looking to develop within a growing construction business
Person Specification:
Support the preparation and coordination of tender and bid submissions, including producing well-formatted documentation
Assist the estimating team with quantity take-offs, document management, and subcontractor pricing returns
Help monitor pre-construction programmes and support the team in meeting key deadlines
Liaise confidently with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, demonstrating a good standard of written and spoken English
Maintain well-organised drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Attend internal meetings, record key points, and follow up on agreed actions
Assist with compiling project handover information for delivery teams
Qualifications/Requirements:
Some exposure to, or an interest in, construction or pre-construction processes (beneficial but not essential)
Well organised, with strong administrative and time-management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Keen to learn, develop, and build a career within the construction industry
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
