Pre Litigation File Handler -
Personal Injury/RTA
Blackburn

Elite Touch are excited to be working with their well established client who are now seeking an experienced File Handler to join their busy friendly team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims from instruction to settlement Assessing liability and quantum using the MOJ portal (stages 1-3) and OIC portal Reviewing medical evidence and engineering reports to support claims Drafting documents, managing correspondence, and negotiating settlements Maintaining accurate records and progressing files efficiently using our case management system Providing high levels of client care and communication throughout the claim process
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Minimum 12-18 months' experience handling pre-lit RTA/PI claims Strong working knowledge of the MOJ/OIC portals and relevant Civil Procedure Rules Excellent negotiation, organisational, and time management skills A proactive, client-focused attitude with great attention to detail Experience with a case management system (Proclaim or similar)
