Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
Manage behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Provide activities that stimulate children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress in accordance with Pre school guidelines.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
A genuine passion for childcare and the ability to inspire young learners through creative teaching methods.
