We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly organised
Pre-School Manager
to lead our warm and friendly early years setting in Royston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality early education and committed to supporting children to learn, develop and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the pre-school
Ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding at all times
Support, coach and supervise staff, promoting a positive team culture
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
Oversee planning, assessment and the delivery of the EYFS
Manage administrative tasks including policies, record-keeping and health & safety
Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum requirement)
Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
Management or supervisory experience in an early years setting (desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A warm, nurturing approach and commitment to inclusive practice

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 19,838.00-27,468.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
