We're now seeking an experienced

Precast Engineering Technical Leader

- someone ready to drive technical excellence, mentor talented engineers, and lead the next generation of precast product innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD AND INFLUENCE

Lead our

Precast Technical Solutions

and

Structural Engineering

teams.



Oversee

product integrity and governance

- from design control through to temporary works.



Provide technical leadership across

PCSA, work winning and delivery stages

.



Champion

Engineered Safety

- ensuring design is smart, safe and buildable.



Drive

decarbonisation and waste-reduction initiatives

across the product lifecycle.



Optimise

design flow

to enhance manufacturing and assembly efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

? Circa

10+ years' experience

in technical or operational roles within precast or wider concrete engineering.



? Strong leadership skills and confidence working in both

factory and site-based environments

.



? A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.



? A passion for

innovation, quality, and sustainability

in design and manufacturing.
